This award winning estate in West Sussex has gone from strength to strength and is always a best seller here at Honest Grapes. This Wiston Estate Blanc de Blancs is delightfully fresh with vibrant acidity and impeccable balance. Crisp green apple and delicate notes of kumquat are leading the way with a background of flinty minerality. The wine finishes soft, crisp and clean – truly an exceptional wine for all occasions.
Two thousand years before estate owners Harry and Pip took over the land on which Wiston Estate resides, the Romans were the first to grow grapes on the chalky hills of the South Downs. NV wines are a piece of history in each glass, with reserves of wines from previous vintages blended together from those ancient slopes.
“A clear favourite at tastings, with incredible tension and purity to the fruit. Notes of green apple and kumquat rise to the fore, all knit together by a fine bead of acidity. Really shows the potential of English winemaking.”

Perfect as an aperitif, but destined for a plate of freshly shucked oysters (preferably by the sea!)
