Sourced from a small portion of the Bloody Hill vineyard, Timo uses 100% whole bunch fermentation for his characteristic vivid, stalky aromatics. Concentrated, rich and flavourful, with stunning texture and intensity perfectly balanced out by bright freshness on the long finish.
A mineral-driven nose, with black fruits and notes of star anise and black pepper. Stains the palate with intense, spice-accented blackberry and bitter cherry flavours, developing sweetness as it opens up. Silky tannins give shape and grip to the long, focused, mineral-accented finish.
