Château Hosanna, 2023

This is the first vintage of Château Hosanna that the famous Moueix family has produced in their new winery.

The tiny 4.5-hectare Hosanna, which borders Lafleur and Petrus to the north and east and La-Fleur-Petrus and Vieux Château Certain to the west, is made in very small quantities, and distribution is strictly controlled by Moueix so not easy to get hold of. It’s well worth making the effort however as it represents the pinnacle of wines from the Right Bank, yet at a considerable discount to the “big beasts” of Pomerol: Pétrus, Lafleur and even Vieux Château Certain.
